Refund and Returns Policy


In complying with some of our partner websites, it seems that our original terms were hard for them to understand. So we must apologise if the following comes across really blunt, but we ran out of options to explain it any other way.

In the first instance, please contact us to explain what has gone wrong and include photos of the items and purchase details. We do not accept returns until you have received a reply from us. We hope to resolve any issue within 7 days and if an exchange is made there will be further additional delivery time for the replacement item as per the standard shipping policy. However to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with receipt. We will not exchange an item if you have made a mistake in sizing. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Further, if the item was on sale we cannot offer a refund on these items. If the item was a gift we still need original purchase information and refund will be via store credit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
